Sell Yourself with Stories

Interviewers know that past actions predict future performance, so they ask interview candidates what they actually did in a certain situation rather than asking what they would do if faced with the situation in a hypothetical future. The best way to explain what you did? Tell a story in a structured way that makes sure you don’t go off the rails and you don’t leave anything important out.

Stories are how we connect as humans. We’ll teach you how to connect to your interviewer.
